It's a...
GIRL!!! :-)
Yeah, Mabry is going to have a baby sister. She actually told us this before we even went to the appt! Love that girl, she is going to be a great big sister. I am so proud of our big girl, she has been in panties since Monday! She is doing a great job with only 1-2 accidents all week! She loves wearing big girl panties and racing to the potty.
Short but sweet.

Daily dose of starbucks for the non-prego peeps
Early morning at the Today Show
Ashley and I with FAO soldier
Our favorite trick-o-treater :-)
It is hard to believe that it is mid November! It has been a great month...busy! Andy and I went to New York City with Ashley and Levi for 4 nights...yes that meant leaving the Mabes! She had so much fun with my mom, and also with my dad and Gaye. She was...is spoiled! I am in awe of the city. It was so much fun. We crammed as much as we could in the time we were there. Pizza in the middle of the night, walking around in Times Square, shopping, Cirque de Solei, more eating, Chinatown, Little Italy, Today show, Rockafeller Center, Double decker bus, Central Park, FAO Schwartz, Tale of Two Cities, meeting up with Sarah, Amelias and Janisha Fletcher!!! It was an amazing trip and amazing birthday!
Thank you for all my birthday wishes!!!

Where do I Start...
Since I haven't blogged in about a month it is hard to know where to start. It will be quick considering I have a full day ahead of me and for some reason was up extra early this morning. I will start with a verse I read in my quiet time this morning, I am reading through the Psalms and Proverbs right now and thought this was appropriate, especially today - Election Day. Psalm 12:7 You, Lord will guard us, you will protect us from this generation forever. I don't know exactly how that applies but I do know that what ever happens in the elections and in our future the Lord is watching over us, He is our Protector. That is good, very, very good! I would love to add some pictures, but I don't what I have uploaded - I will check after I type. Jill blogged about our night of trick -or-treating. So if you want to check out a cute little Winnie-the-Pooh bumble bee, scarecrow and firefighter then hit the link (the Pope family) on the right side of my page). My friends probably have more blog posts on us than I do, considering that I am a blog slacker! What else is up...tomorrow Andy and I leave to go to NYC with the Perigo for a little birthday celebration!!! Yeah, we are so excited. Mabry is going to be SPOILED with g-mommy, papa and gg. They better not create a little monster! Speaking of Miss Mabry, we are gradually working on potty training :-) She tee teed and pooped in the potty this weekend! Yeah for all of us! M & M's is her reward...she is always anxious to jump right back on for "more MM's pease." That does not mean she is always going on the potty, but we are very proud of her! Mabry is going to be a big sister in May! We are 14 weeks on Friday and are so thrilled to add a new little Hanlon to our household! Mabry will say big sister and talk and kiss the baby in mommys tummy. So cute! Mommys tummy sure is bigger than it was with Mabry at 14 weeks! I have been feeling great, just tired, oh so very very very tired. Hopefully some energy will come back soon! Ok, time to get ready for school, voting and packing....big day ahead!
Love,
:-) L.A.

Etsy Update
Yeah - I finally updated my etsy. Let me know if you want to buy something(s) and you can buy it straight from me or the site. I know if you are in town it is a lot easier and saves a couple dollars to not pay shipping and handling.
Check it out and pass it on if you will.

Another Weekend Gone...
Wow, time truly flies by! How can the weekend already be over? We had a fun one, even though it was fast. Friday night we went to Red Elephant with the Pope family (Jill, Bert, Kent, Mama K, Pop and Aunt Chris) yep, the whole family. Sat. morning I got some 1 on 1 time with Mabes while daddy was at church, then I had some mommy time and enjoyed some "sista"ship with some girlfriends at a baby shower while daddy had 1 on 1 time with Mabry, then we had a laid back family afternoon with football, car washing and an errand or 2. Today was again laid back after a great morning at church. Andy and I went to our Sunday School classes for the first time and then went to the worship service as family. Mabry loved the music...clapping and waving her hands! (Then she went back to the nursery). After church we had lunch with dad and Gaye and then Mabry headed to g-mommies for a g-mommy fix. Andy mowed the lawn, I read and sewed, it was so nice. Finished off with a yummy dinner at my moms. I am feeling rested for the week to come.

Hopefully I will have pictures soon from OBLO's wedding. I forgot to get the camera from moms tonight.

CONGRATS OBLO!!!
Hey friends!
Yes, I am a blog slacker! I really do want to update my family and friends, but where does the time go? We just got im from a quick trip to ATL for a great friends wedding. OBLO is his name, pronounced "Hablo" which I think is "I speak" in Spanish. No, that is not his real name, it is Ryan :-) Oblo was one of my brothers best friends I think since high school. Oblo has always been a part of the Drew clan just as about 1/2 the "boys" at the wedding were. We (mom, Mabes, Andy and I) are super excited to have celebrated with the newlyweds. But just as any event with all Mitch's buddies, it was very hard. Very hard. I just envision Mitch standing, laughing, talking, talking and probably a little more talking with all of his old guy friends. That group of guys are fun, they are all spread out but have remained such good friends, there are not many groups of guys who love each other so well. Of course in a guy sort of way. I tried to take a million pictures with my shotty camera, ended up using moms...I try so hard to capture every moment of life on camera, sometimes I probably miss the actual event because I am taking pictures. But I never know when it is going to be the last time I will see someone, so I feel I must snap away. It is actually pretty sad. I might have to start leaving my camera in the car. Anyway...the weekend was great, the wedding was beautiful, the car ride - Mabry was a champ, mom in the back helped with that! We got to visit with Leah and little Edward and all of her family, Mr. and Mrs Dinkins, Jacob, Geraldine and their little Gus. We also got to see Mitch's old Jeepster! It was so fun to see something he loved and worked on and loved and worked on. I cannot believe Jacob and his family drove 3+ hours to ATL in it! I will post some pictures of Mabry in it later. Time to unload the rest of the bags and head to moms for dinner. Taylor is driving through town and wouldn't miss the opportunity to see one of my little deesters!
Hope everyone is doing well!
Love,

Cute T-Shirts
Hello friends!
I would blog about all that is going on...but it is 10:15 and I have to go to bed. I have no excuse since the Olympics are over! But I did want to tell you to check out the Stickler link from my blog home page. Get to Darby's page, which most of you already check and love to read and then scroll down and check out the new t-shirts she is selling. Also she has an etsy site with some really cute bibs! Just a plug for my precious friend. And Darby you do not have to put my name in a hat for the plug :-)
Hope everyone is doing well! I will try and update the last couple weeks of adjusting back to work and how fast my precious Mabry is growing!

I Will Update My Blog, I Will Update My Blog...
Ok, so honestly I do not know how long the blog thing is going to last for me. I love to blog for my family and friends that I am not in touch regularly with...but it is hard. Things I would rather be doing...
1. Hanging out with Andy
2. Sewing
3. Reading
4. Facebook
5. Reading other blogs
You wonder why I didn't mention the Mabes - it's because she is already asleep by the time I attempt to blog. No way I could do it during the day with my precious little wild one.
It is good for me to blog b/c I have a terrible memory. If I write about things, maybe that will help me to remember. I would write about all that has happened since the last time I blogged, but :-) I don't remember! I do know that summer has FLOWN by. Mabry and I have no regrets, we have had so much fun. Playgroups on Monday and Wednesdays, swimming/playing at Trousdel Pool, going to the park, playing outside, running errands, playing with friends, babysitting/hanging out...highlights with my girl. Andy and I didn't go on too many dates this summer, but we did enjoy a movie date a couple of weeks ago and some Sat. afternoon work around the house dates while Mabes was hanging out with her g-mommy. Speaking of the house, it is getting there. I feel like our bedrooms are cozy, missing some wall deco, other than that good to go. The dining room is our project of the moment. A family friend gave us a table and chairs, now we get to fix them up so we can host a supper club! We LOVE our HOME! We LOVE our neighbors! We are truly blessed. Oh another summer fun day was shopping with some friends (10) of us went to the outlet malls in Destin one Sat. to shop and that we did - didn't get home until about 11pm...it was SO much fun! Just this week a friend had some girls over to learn to make hair bows, Mabry now has 13 new bows and an eager mom to make some more. Sewing is at a break right now, my machine had some issues and I will hopefully be shopping for a new one next week. Monogramming still fun, love to play with my machine. I am thinking about an etsy online shop for some of my stuff...we will see how motivated I am. My eyes are tired....does that happen to everyone after being on the computer? Maybe I am tired - yes, that is probably it. I have a date with my mom and Mabry to just hang out tomorrow, my last day of summer. We are going to go swimming at Golden Eagle, eat at the grill, and then just enjoy the rest of the day together, I am so excited. I am trying to get my mom to get on facebook, I think she would have fun. Yeah, I love facebook - it is great to reconnect with so many friends. Ok - this is really long. I will post some pictures of my little love. Please pray for me as I go back to work next week. My heart aches thinking about being away from my little girl.
Until next time,
Adios,
Love,
:-) L.A.
